Travel arrangements and reimbursement

WDUG will reimburse for travel expenses. These expenses include hotel, airfare, meals, and if needed, rental car/airport transportation. WDUG has a $50 per diem reimbursement policy for meals and requires receipts for all expenditures. We ask IBM Speakers to use any IBM discounts that you may have available when making your reservations and booking your flight. WDUG is a non-profit user group and does not have a vendor sponsor assisting us with any expenses. This helps control our costs.

Speakers make their own reservations, pay their bills, and submit copies of all their receipts for reimbursement.

Once WDUG receives all the documentation, a check will be sent within 5 business days. WDUG will need the address where to send the check.

5. ADDITIONAL LEGAL TERMSThis Agreement will continue until terminated by either wdug.com or you. Either party can terminate the Agreement by notifying the other party by telephone or electronic mail of the decision to terminate. WDUG.com may discontinue or change the Web Site, or its availability to you, at any time. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties relating to the Web Site and supersedes any and all other agreements, oral or in writing, with respect to the Web Site.
